Terms & Conditions – Qurbani Service (Canada & USA, Performed in Pakistan)

1. Service Scope

• Qurbani performed in Pakistan according to Islamic guidelines.
• Meat distributed locally in Pakistan to needy families.
• Customers in Canada/USA are paying for service, not purchasing meat for import.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• Full payment required to confirm booking.
• Prices may vary due to livestock market fluctuations.
• No cancellations or refunds once 7 days left in Eid.

3. Shariah Compliance

• All animals slaughtered as per Islamic principles.
• Animals meet minimum age, health, and quality requirements.

4. Execution & Proof

• Customers may receive photo/paper proof if offered.
• Proof delivery timelines may vary due to Eid rush or technical issues.

5. Meat Distribution

• Meat distributed is locally in Pakistan to needy families.
• No meat shipped outside of Pakistan.

6. Liability Limitations

• Not responsible for market price changes, weather delays, or technical issues.
• Liability limited to amount paid.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be changed.
• Orders can be cancelled and refunded up to 7days prior to Eid.

8. Compliance With Local Laws

• Customers responsible for ensuring compliance with Canadian/US laws.
• Service complies with Pakistani slaughter and distribution laws.

9. Privacy & Data Use

• Customer information is used only for processing orders and updates.
• Feedback may be used to improve services.
